Rixe documentation
Everything Rixe does and how to use it: measuring your brand in AI answers, acting on what you find, proving the effect, and connecting it all to your own tools.
What Rixe does
When someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude or Google's AI answers "which CRM should a small team use?", the engine names a handful of brands. Rixe asks those questions on your behalf, every day, across up to eleven engines, and records whether your brand was named, where, next to whom, and on the strength of which sources.
From that it builds a visibility score you can trust, shows the competitors and sources that win the answers you lose, and turns the gap into a prioritised action plan — then measures whether the work moved the number.
