Reports and dashboards

Produce the monthly PDF report, build your own dashboards from ready-made widgets, and work through hundreds of pages or prompts in the bulk grid.

Rixe gives you three ways to take your numbers out of the individual screens. Reports are monthly PDFs you can send to a manager or a client. Dashboards are your own layouts of live widgets. The Bulk grid is a table of all your pages or prompts where you can select hundreds of rows, run an operation on them, and export a CSV.

Monthly reports

What is in a report

Each report is a PDF for one workspace and one month:

  • Cover — the brand name, with your logo from the White label screen when you have set one.
  • Summary — the score, the change over the period, the number of measurements behind it, and a visibility trend chart.
  • Engine breakdown — mention rate per engine, with its range (the confidence interval) and sample size. An engine that was down is marked data missing, not silently left out.
  • Competitors — the ranking by mention rate, with you highlighted, and the Biggest changes. A change is listed only when it is both statistically significant and at least 10 points; otherwise the report says there was no significant change.
  • What the engines read — the most-cited sources with their share, and which review and directory profiles were found.
  • Technical audit — the latest audit result.
  • What was done, and its effect — the interventions in the period and their measured effects from Impact.
  • Revenue from the AI channel — when a connection provides orders, revenue under last-click and equal-share attribution, side by side.
  • Methodology — how measurement works, Wilson intervals, the significance rule and how missing data is treated.

A score built on fewer than 4 runs is never shown as a number; it reads as an insufficient sample.

Generating a report

The monthly report is generated automatically on the 1st of each month at 05:00 UTC. To make one now:

  1. Open Reports and press Generate report.
  2. Choose the Period (month) and the Language — any of the languages the panel speaks.
  3. Confirm. The report appears in the list as Generating and is ready within a few minutes.
  4. Press Download PDF.

The list shows each report's period, status, date and size. Delete removes a report permanently. To protect the service, at most three reports can be started per minute.

Sending reports to clients

Agencies can put their own logo, colours and sender name on reports, and give clients a read-only portal. See White label and client portal.

Personal email updates — which summaries land in your inbox — are chosen in Settings › Email reports. For live data in your own BI tool, use Looker Studio or the API.

Dashboards

A dashboard is a layout, nothing more: every widget is a reading the product already computes, so a dashboard never shows a number you cannot also find on its own page.

Creating a dashboard

  1. Open Dashboards and press New dashboard.
  2. Pick a template and press Create:
TemplateContents
ExecutiveVisibility, rank, competitors, campaigns, inbox.
ContentCoverage, most visible prompts, pages, content queue.
PR / OutreachSources, communities, sentiment themes.
TechnicalAgent visits, pages, visibility.
BlankFrom scratch; you pick the widgets.
  1. Press Edit to change it: reorder widgets with Up / Down, set each widget's Size (a third, half or full width), Remove one, or pick a type and press Add widget. Nothing changes until you press Save.
  2. Rename it with Name; Delete dashboard removes it.

Widgets

Visibility, Rank, Mentions, Prompts, Visibility chart, Competitor ranking, Most visible prompts, Most cited sources, Coverage funnel, Sentiment theme map, Most cited pages, Agent visits (purpose), Inbox summary, Campaign progress, Content queue and Communities. A dashboard holds up to 24 widgets.

Measurement widgets cover the last 30 days. A widget with too little data says so — sample too small or No data yet — rather than showing a misleading number.

Bulk grid

The Bulk grid lets you select, process and export many pages or prompts without opening them one by one. It has two tabs.

Pages — each tracked page with Citations, Clicks, Format score, Age, Last change and Draft status. The top row counts Silent pages (no citations, no clicks), pages Over a year old (refresh candidates) and pages With a draft. Operations: Convert to answer format, Technical audit, Add to actions, Re-score format.

Prompts — each prompt with Status, Intent, Visibility, Runs, Weekly Δ (pts) and Diagnosis. The top row counts prompts Not diagnosed and Falling (down 10+ points). Operations: Why am I not cited, Reclassify intent, Pause, Activate, Request brief. Import adds prompts in bulk: paste one per line, up to 200; duplicates are skipped and your plan's prompt limit is checked for the whole batch.

Using the grid

  1. Pick the tab, then filter with Search rows….
  2. Tick rows, or Select all. One run takes up to 200 rows.
  3. Choose an operation and run it. The result says how many rows were queued; results appear on the matching screens (Content, Site health, Prompts, the action plan).
  4. Download CSV exports the rows.

Diagnosis is limited per run

Why am I not cited fetches third-party pages, so it handles 20 prompts per run; the rest are skipped and reported. Nothing the grid starts is published without approval.
