Agencies overview

How an agency runs many client brands in one Rixe organisation — client workspaces, the agency console, one credit pool and one invoice.

An agency plan lets you run every client brand from one Rixe organisation: each client is its own workspace with its own questions, competitors and markets, while you see the whole book of clients on one screen, pay one invoice and spend one pool of credits wherever it is needed.

Read this page if you manage AI visibility for several brands. If you run a single brand, a brand plan fits better — see Plans and limits.

How an agency account is organised

PieceWhat it is
OrganisationYour agency. Billing, team members and white-label settings live here.
Client workspaceOne per client brand. Measurement, prompts, competitors, reports and actions are kept per workspace. A client's data never mixes with another's.
Credit poolOne monthly pool of credits shared by all clients, which you can split by client. See Credits.
Client portalA read-only login for a client, pinned to their own workspace. See White label and client portal.

The agency tiers

Instead of separate prompt, engine and frequency limits, agency tiers sell client accounts plus a credit pool. You decide which client, which engines and how many prompts the credits go to. Every engine is available; the pool decides how many a client can afford.

TierMonthly creditsClient accountsPrice
Agency Studio10,000 (or 15,000)3$349 / month

Yearly billing costs ten months. Every tier includes unlimited staff seats and unlimited portal seats, unlimited competitors, the agency console, the client portal, white-label branding, pitch reports, monthly PDF reports per client, CSV export and one invoice for all clients. Some capabilities differ by tier — for example API access starts with Agency Practice and single sign-on with Agency Network. For the full list see Plans and limits; prices are in US dollars.

There is no free plan or trial.

The agency console

The agency console puts all your clients on one screen: score, change, pending actions and agent drafts.

Where: open the user card at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Agency console.

Reading the table

ColumnMeaning
ClientThe client workspace. Click it to open that client.
ScoreVisibility over the last 30 days. Shows not enough data until the client has enough measurements to give a score.
ChangePoints up or down against the 30 days before.
Open actionRecommended actions waiting for a decision.
Agent draftDrafts prepared by automation, waiting for review.
Latest reportThe period and status of the last monthly report.
PanelWhen the client last opened their portal. This is not recorded yet, so it shows no panel users.

Above the table, three tiles add up the number of clients, open actions and at-risk clients. Sort the table with By score, By change, By open actions, By risk or By name.

Setting up a new client

  1. Create a workspace for the client and complete its setup: brand, domain, markets, competitors and questions. See Quickstart.
  2. Decide how much of the pool the client may use. By default it draws from the shared pool; give it its own share on the billing page if you want a ceiling. See Credits.
  3. Add your logo and colours once for the whole organisation, and invite the client to the portal. See White label and client portal.

Each client is measured daily on the engines its market selects. Scores need at least 4 runs before they are shown, and every score carries a Wilson confidence interval — see How measurement works.

Common questions

Can one client use all the credits? Only if you let it. A client without its own share draws from the shared pool, so a busy client can use up what the others need. Give clients their own shares to stop that.

Do markets count per client? Markets come out of one pool for the whole plan, because each market opens a workspace. One client may take several; what it takes is not available to the others.

What can a client see? A portal user sees only their own workspace, read-only, never another client's data. What your own staff can do follows their role — see Team and roles.
