Agencies

White label and client portal

Put your agency's logo and colours on the client portal and reports, and give each client a read-only login to their own workspace.

The client portal is a read-only view a client can sign in to: their AI visibility, how it compares by engine and against competitors, and their monthly reports. White label puts your agency's logo, colours and sender name on that portal and on the reports, so the client sees your brand rather than Rixe's.

Where to find it

The White label screen is opened from the search palette: press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows), type "White label" and choose it. You can also go straight to https://app.rixe.ai/white-label.

The screen has two parts: the Brand card with your branding, and Portal users for the workspace you currently have open. Only owners and admins can change branding and manage portal users.

Set up your branding

Branding applies to the whole organisation: every client's portal and reports.

  1. Logo URL — the address of your logo image. It must start with http:// or https://. It appears in the portal and in reports.
  2. Primary color and Accent color — pick with the colour picker. The portal header uses them.
  3. Sender name — the display name in notification e-mails.
  4. Press Save.

Custom domain

You can record a domain of your own for the portal, for example panel.youragency.com:

  1. Type it in Custom domain and press Save.
  2. At your DNS provider, add a CNAME record for that domain pointing to portal.rixe.ai.
  3. Press Verify domain. Rixe looks up the CNAME itself. When it points to portal.rixe.ai, the badge on the card changes from not verified to verified. If not, the message shows which records were found instead.

Changing the domain clears an earlier verification, so verify again after any change. DNS changes can take a while to become visible; if verification fails right after you add the record, try again later.

Invite a client to the portal

A portal user is tied to exactly one client workspace and sees only that workspace, read-only. They cannot see your other clients' data.

  1. Switch to the client's workspace.
  2. On the White label screen press Invite to portal.
  3. Enter the client's Email, Name and a Temporary password of at least 12 characters.
  4. Confirm. The person appears in the Portal users list for that workspace.

Share the sign-in details with your client yourself. To end someone's access, press Remove access next to their name.

An address that already belongs to a member of your organisation cannot be invited as a portal user: that would turn a colleague into a read-only client. Change roles on the members screen instead — see Team and roles.

What the client sees

A portal user signs in at the normal sign-in page and lands directly on their portal. It shows, with your logo and colours:

SectionContent
HeaderYour logo (or your organisation name), the client's workspace name and Sign out.
VisibilityThe brand's visibility score out of 100 for the last 30 days, with a trend chart. Shows not enough data when there are too few measurements.
By engineEach engine's mention rate and number of runs. An engine with too few runs shows not enough data; a broken engine shows engine down, never a silent drop.
Share vs. competitorsThe brand's mention rate next to its competitors'.
AI channel revenue (90 days)Orders and revenue attributed to AI channels (last-click model), shown only when a store is connected and there are enough orders to say something.
Monthly reportsThe client's monthly reports, each with Download PDF.

If your settings allow it, a small Powered by Rixe line appears at the bottom.

Common questions

Can a client change anything? No. The portal is read-only.

Can one person see two clients? A portal user belongs to one workspace. Invite a separate address for each client.

Does every client get the same branding? Yes. Branding is set once for the organisation and applies to every client's portal and reports.
