Plans and limits
What each brand and agency plan includes, how the limits work, and what happens when you reach one.
Rixe has two plan ladders: Brand plans for companies measuring their own brand, and Agency plans for agencies measuring several clients from one account. Every plan measures daily and includes the whole measurement method — confidence intervals, market packs, intent classification and the analysis screens. Plans differ in volume (how many prompts, workspaces and engines) and in a handful of capabilities. This page lists them and explains how the limits behave.
Prices are in US dollars
All prices are in USD, billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing costs ten months' price — two months free. There is no free plan or trial.
Where to see and change your plan
Open the user menu (your name at the bottom of the sidebar) and choose Billing. The page shows your current plan, how much of each limit you use (Tracked prompts, Workspaces, Markets, prospect reports, and credits on agency plans), your payment history, and a full Plan comparison with a Brand plans / Agency plans switch. You choose your first plan in the last step of setup (Quickstart). Invoices and payment methods are covered in Billing.

The Plan comparison on the Billing page also has an Enterprise column for negotiated contracts; its limits are set in the contract.
Which engines a plan measures
A plan sets how many engines are measured; your market decides which ones. Rixe takes the engines with the highest weight in your market pack, up to your plan's number. You do not choose them by hand, and the setup wizard's Engines step shows the exact list for your market. Leader and every agency plan measure all engines your market includes. See Engines and markets.
Prompts and workspaces
- Tracked prompts are counted across all your workspaces together, not per workspace. Paused prompts still count.
- Each market you open is its own workspace, so the workspace limit is also your market limit.
Agency plans
Agency plans sell client accounts and a pool of monthly credits instead of fixed prompt and engine counts. One credit pays for one measurement of one prompt on one engine, and you decide how to spread the pool across clients, prompts and engines. Every engine is available on every agency plan.

Each tier offers its base credit pool and one larger pool; credits above the base cost $35 per 1,000 a month ($350 per 1,000 a year). Credits renew at the start of each month. When they run out, the rest of the month's measurements are not planned and show as missing data — the score is never quietly lowered. Details: Credits and Agencies overview.
How limits behave
Limits apply to adding, never to measuring:
- If you are over a limit — for example after moving to a smaller plan — everything you already track keeps being measured. You cannot add more prompts, workspaces, competitors or conversations until you are back under the limit or move to a larger plan.
- When you try to add beyond a limit, the screen tells you before you hit it (for example "Your plan has no free prompt slots.") and links to the plans.
- A capability your plan does not include (API keys, single sign-on, white label and so on) shows a message naming the plan that includes it.
Measurement budget
Every plan has a monthly ceiling on the external cost of measurement, shown on the Billing page as the Monthly measurement budget. It sits above what your plan's own allowance costs, so normal use never reaches it. If an unusual month does, measurement does not stop — it continues at a reduced cadence until the month turns, and you can turn on a Budget alert in your notification settings.
Pausing measurement
To stop measuring and spending entirely, use Pause measurement in Settings › General. Everything measured so far stays; resume whenever you like.
Common questions
Can I pick which engines are measured? No. Your plan sets the number and your market's engine weights decide which ones, so the engines that matter most in your country come first.
Do I pay extra for a second market? No. A market is a workspace, and your plan includes a number of workspaces. The prompts in the new market count toward your prompt limit.
What happens to my data if I downgrade? Nothing is deleted and measurement continues; you only cannot add more until you are under the new limits.
